Collecting art is a pleasure. Collecting Thai art, though, is both pleasure and pride.

Thailand is a country of rich artistic and cultural heritage. Our customary values and religious beliefs, inevitably, are reflected in artworks - making them unique and relatable to their audience.

What I find most intriguing about Thai art is its perfect marriage between skills and narrative, resulting in this timeless allure, the versatility of which is appreciated by generations young and old.

Collecting Thai art, therefore, is not only about the admiration of aesthetics, but it is also the passing on of Thailand's centuries of wisdom. As a Thai national, I am proud to have become part of this collective effort to preserve Thai art and the values it comprises.
