Trained as an Engineer at the Ecole Polytechnique de France (1961), a Civil Engineer at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France (1963) and an Architect at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts, France (1968). Director of Architecture and Engineering, Aeroports de Paris. Specialist in airport architecture - work includes Jakarta, Dar es Salaam, Cairo, Brunei, Nice Côte d'Azur, Bordeaux. Point a Pitre and Shanghai-Pudong.

Projects include: French Terminal, Channel Tunnel; Guangzhou New Stadium 1996; New Shanghai International Airport 1996; CDG Airport, Terminal 2F, Paris 1996; Master Plan and Urbanism, Avenue Nouvelle, Paris 1996; Osaka Maritime Museum, Japan 1995; Ski- Jump runway Winter Olympic Games 1992; Master Plan Review, Preliminary Design - Manila International Airport 1990.
